因来料电芯连接片厚度大,连接片折弯需要较大压力,要用力位反馈闭环控制技术,单次推动容易使极耳在工作过程中折断。基于该痛点,利元亨创新采用两次成型折弯技术,循序渐进,在保证极耳不受损的情况下,高效完成极耳连接片折弯工艺。其中针对极耳盖板焊接工艺,利元亨研发应用一次成型技术,减少折弯,使工艺流程更加简洁高效。

长电芯顶盖焊接技术与传统的电芯顶盖焊接不同,需旋转电芯配合焊接头的摆动轨迹完成焊接,焊缝狭窄,容易偏焊,焊接难度大,且连续性较差。利元亨采用特有的紧固方式进行完全紧固,避免转盘转动导致产品产生位移;并使用深度视觉检测技术,准确抓取电芯运动轨迹,焊接平台通过软件进行差补处理,配合焊接头的运动,对准狭窄焊接,采用矩形闭环连续焊接,实现电芯顶盖的高速精准焊接,具有良好的连续性,稳定保持焊接优率。

焊接和机构间的摩擦,让电芯生产过程中产生粉尘,粉尘失控易造成电芯短路起火,因此长电芯生产过程中对车间作业有着严苛的洁净度要求。利元亨创新采用内外部除尘结合的方式:内部采用AAF空气过滤器配合除尘系统抽风换气,对内部游离粉尘进行清洁,确保设备结晶。外部严格控制粉尘的产生,避免使用有粉尘产生风险的机构与元器件,对产线各段设置粉尘监管点。并通过对关键因子的DOE设计,结合流体分析工具、3D增材制造等方法,得出最优的焊接口除尘方案,全方位无死角除尘。
