4月17日，利元亨与正泰集团股份有限公司在利元亨总部签署战略合作框架协议。利元亨董事长兼总裁周俊雄、副董事长卢淼、研究院院长杜义贤，正泰集团副总裁王国荣、正泰电器采购部常务副总经理钟滨等嘉宾出席签署仪式。在双方代表见证下，卢淼副董事长与王国荣副总裁分别代表双方签署战略合作协议。

根据协议约定，双方将发挥各自在市场、产品、技术与解决方案等方面的经验和优势资源，在智慧能源、智能电气、智能制造等领域展开合作，共同助推新能源企业数智化转型和持续健康发展，共创零碳未来。

On April 17th, Lyric and CHINT Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at Lyric headquarters. Zhou Junxiong, Chairman and President of Lyric, Louise Lu, Vice Chairman, Du Yixian, Dean of the Research Institute, Wang Guorong, Vice President of CHINT Group, and Zhong Bin, Executive Vice General Manager of Chint Electric, attended the signing ceremony. Under the witness of representatives from both parties, Vice Chairman  Louise Lu and Vice President Wang Guorong respectively signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both sides.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their experience and advantageous resources in the market, products, technology, and solutions to collaborate in the field of smart energy, jointly promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and sustainable healthy development of new energy enterprises, and creating a zero carbon future.
